Kassandra Ceneas is a sommelier, one of the rarest professions in the world. From harvesting to the crushing, pressing, and fermentation of grapes, she’s an expert in every aspect of the wine production process. She also tests wines and teaches others how to do it. Who Is Kassandra Ceneas?
“I wanted to educate individuals like myself on the finer details of transforming grapes into wine,” says Kassandra. She’s an entrepreneur who built her business from the ground up with effort, mental toughness, and skill. Kassandra says that to succeed, every good entrepreneur needs these traits and a relentless attitude because “a successful entrepreneur relishes the daily challenge of pushing forward.”
A Haitian-American, Kassandra has been keen on interacting with the Haitian community. After all, wine-making and tasting tend to bring together people from all walks of life. Kassandra is proud that Sommelier Valley has achieved this feat. She’s also proud that she’s able to educate people about Old-World wines from Asia, Africa, Europe, and other exotic places. In other words, Sommelier Valley is an excellent place to taste wines from all over the world and learn more about the history of wine-making.

“There is virtually no other drink with such a complex bouquet of flavors and notes other than wine,” says Kassandra. Her passion for wine brought Sommelier Valley to life, and her continuous work makes it the best wine-tasting experience around. She wants to build a Sommelier Valley chain where vintage wine drinkers and new wine aficionados can discuss the finer details of wine creation.

Her goal is to create a Sommelier Valley franchise in the next two to three years so she can form strong partnerships and expand her business.
