When it comes to what I eat, I stick to 5-6 ounces of lean meat and at least 1 cup of green vegetables for every meal. I keep my complex carbs in the early part of my day so only for meals 1-4. I eat 6 meals a day. My workout routines consist of 3 leg days a week and 3 days that I forbid on upper body training. If anyone is trying to shed fat, I would say to keep your calories low and increase your cardio. Incorporated cardio in fasted state is also great! My don’t will be don’t eat process food and stay away from refined sugar. Get plenty of sleep 6-8 hours and drink plenty of water. I aim for a gallon of water a day 🙂
