Senat Djooson, a young and motivated individual, was born in Carrefour, Haiti, and now lives with his parents in Gressier. The eldest of three siblings, Senat draws inspiration from his mother, his guiding light. Through her he’s learned the importance of wisdom, perseverance, courage, and self-discipline — values that shape his outlook on life and his ambitions. He’s dedicated to personal growth and deeply committed to positively impacting his community and environment. Senat’s dynamic personality and passion for education and nature mark him as a promising figure in both the academic and modeling spheres.
Education and Work
Senat is currently completing his NS4-level studies, a crucial phase in his academic journey. Although he’s not working a job, he has his sights set on a long-term goal: to pursue higher education in medicine.
Senat’s career choice is driven by his desire to give back to his community by becoming a doctor. Medicine, for Senat, is not just a profession but a calling, a way to bring much-needed health care to the people of his country. In addition to his academic pursuits, Senat has developed a keen interest in fashion and modeling.
Although he’s in the early stages of his modeling career, he’s passionate about the industry and believes it might shape his future. To Senat, fashion is more than an interest. It’s a space where he can express his creativity and engage with a wider audience.
Senat envisions a future where young Haitians can reach their potential, equipped with the tools of education, discipline, and cultural awareness.
Hobbies and Preferred Activities
Senat’s hobbies reflect his intellectual and physical pursuits. A book lover, he frequently organizes reading and debate days for students in his school and church. Promoting reading and critical thinking is his way to inspire younger generations and contribute to their intellectual growth. Encouraging students to become avid readers and fostering a love for learning are just two ways he gives back to the Haitian community.
Music is another essential part of Senat’s life. It’s a source of comfort and emotional healing he refers to as “an antidote for the soul.” Music allows him to unwind and offers a creative outlet in his daily life.
Senat also enjoys playing football and physical exercise. Staying fit is a necessary balance to his intellectual endeavors. The beach is another sanctuary that allows him to reflect, recharge, and find harmony with the environment around him. Here, unwinds, recharges his batteries, and regains his composure in times of stress.
Long-Term Goals
Senat has clear long-term goals and a strong sense of purpose. His primary objective is to gain admission to a university where he can study medicine and, ultimately, become a doctor. This career path aligns with his deep-rooted desire to help his community, providing them with much-needed medical assistance. Senat believes education and discipline are key drivers of success and is determined to follow this path diligently to achieve his dreams.
Beyond his personal aspirations, Senat is committed to contributing to Haiti’s development. He organizes tree-planting initiatives on World Environment Day to help combat erosion and raise awareness about environmental protection.

Through these activities, he demonstrates his belief that individuals must protect their surroundings, not just for themselves but for future generations.
In addition to his environmental work, Senat also organizes intellectual competitions and workshops that encourage linguistic aptitude in English and Spanish. Over the next year, he plans to further develop his public speaking, fashion, dance, theater, and modeling skills.
Senat is determined to be a role model for young Haitians and use his platform to advocate for the revival of traditional Haitian values such as community solidarity, respect, and cultural pride. He believes anyone can alter the course of their life with sufficient guidance, hard work, and determination. He’s living proof of that.
