Her passion for fostering international dialogue and empowering women has guided her through various personal and professional achievements, all while maintaining a deep connection to her Haitian roots.
Educational and Professional Aspirations
Saïka is currently advancing her education in diplomacy and international relations, a field she believes holds vast potential for building bridges between cultures. Her studies provide her with a profound understanding of intercultural communication, a skill she hopes to apply in the future as a diplomat or international development consultant.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Saïka works as an administrative officer and editor for SWH, where she is also responsible for human relations. Her current role reflects her organizational and leadership skills, but she is determined to explore the world of international diplomacy further, seeking to make a global impact through her work.

Throughout her career, Saïka has been dedicated to community development, particularly the empowerment of women. If given a platform, Saïka would focus on advocating against the abuse of women and young girls. She is particularly passionate about addressing emotional dependency and manipulation, which she sees as barriers to women’s empowerment.
Her platform would also promote education and leadership for women, showing them that they are capable of achieving anything they set their minds to.
