Rose-Guerline Dorfeuille was born in Cavaillon, more precisely in Bonne Fin, Haiti, and now lives in Santo. She finds her inspiration in supermodel Kendall Jenner, admiring her beauty, creativity, and professionalism.
“Kendall Jenner inspired me with her beauty, creativity, and savoir-faire,” Rose explains, sharing her passion for both the fashion industry and personal growth.
Education and the Career Journey
Rose is currently a graduate student at Mission Bon Samaritain University, where she is pursuing a degree in nursing. In addition to her studies, she works in hospitality and decoration, professions that allow her to use her creativity and attention to detail. However, her passion extends beyond health care and into the world of fashion, where she has already made significant strides.
Accomplishments and future goals
Rose’s notable achievements include her success in the modeling industry, where she won the title of 1st Dauphine de Queen Bikini Haiti 2023-2024. She is a multifaceted professional due to her work as a model and her nursing career.
Rose’s greatest accomplishment so far has been balancing these two demanding fields while staying true to her goal of helping others. “I want to give my help to vulnerable people and build a health center in Cavaillon,” she says.
Rose has ambitious personal and professional goals. Her long-term dream is to open a health center and a professional school in Cavaillon, aiming to provide better access to medical care and educational opportunities for young people.
Over the next 12 months, she also hopes to launch a company specializing in hair and skin products and establish herself as one of the stars in the fashion industry.
She also plans to educate patients, making them active participants in their healthcare journey. Additionally, Rose aims to open a pharmacy to simplify the treatment process for her community.
Talent and ambitions
In addition to her nursing and modeling talents, Rose excels in fashion shows and caring for others. She also has a passion for dancing, particularly salsa and bachata, and hopes to develop this skill further.
If given a platform, Rose would promote her hair and skin products while addressing the struggles faced by models in Haiti. “As a model in Haiti, people often perceive you negatively,” she clarifies, highlighting the absence of recognition and equitable remuneration within the industry. Rose also wants to advocate for change within the modeling world, helping young aspiring models achieve their dreams despite the challenges they face.
Hobbies and passions
In her spare time, Rose enjoys listening to music, watching fashion videos, and researching both health and fashion. She loves parades and takes pride in achieving goals others believe are impossible.
Vision for Impact
Rose’s ultimate goal is to reach a wider audience so she can have a greater impact on people’s lives. “It’s not just about making more money,” she says, “it’s about making a difference in the world.”
Rose believes she can create a platform that empowers others to realize their potential and make meaningful changes in their communities.
