Karolyne Roberts was born in Miami and lives in central Florida with her husband and four children. Her life and work are inspired by a love for God, her family, other people, and herself.

Education and Professional Journey
Karolyne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from the University of Central Florida. Her education laid the foundation for her career as a bestselling author. To date, she’s written ten books and founded The Writers Retreat, an organization that offers support and resources to aspiring writers.
As a Haitian-American, Karolyne views the world through a lens of resilience. She believes being Haitian has instilled in her a strong sense of perseverance and an understanding that with determination, any challenge can be overcome.
Personal and Professional Achievements
In the last year, Karolyne achieved several milestones. Notably, she was invited to speak about entrepreneurship at the Florida State University business college, where she shared her experiences and insights with students. She’s been featured on numerous media platforms, including The Called Woman Show, the Sisaundra Show, the Hotspark Show, and podcasts such as I AM Lakeland.
Karolyne’s influence extends to the pageantry world, where she has represented Haiti as Mrs. Haiti International. Her involvement in this arena underlines her commitment to using her public image to celebrate and uplift Haitian culture.
Goals for the Future
Karolyne has several personal and professional goals. She’s currently competing for the title of Miss Florida USA and hopes to advance to the Miss Universe stage. Her long-term goal is to host her own television show, where she can spotlight the achievements of women around the world. Karolyne is also penning a children’s book she hopes will have a positive impact on the Haitian community. She continues to expand her writing portfolio and aims to branch out into new genres like fiction, screenwriting, and movie production.
Commitment to the Haitian Community
Karolyne’s love for Haiti is evident in her work and outreach. She has organized group retreats and missions in Haiti, including a visit to an orphanage through the Hope for Haitian Children’s Foundation. She shares Haitian culture through her YouTube channel, Karolyne in the Kitchen, where she highlights her favorite Haitian recipes.
Fun and Hobbies
Outside work, Karolyne enjoys relaxing by the beach, spending time with her family, indulging in self-care spa days, and eating delicious food. These simple joys help her stay balanced and energized as she pursues her many ambitions.
