She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology Counseling. She hopes to earn a Ph.D. in Counseling and open a private practice to support people seeking mental health guidance.

One of her dreams is to open a career site that will help young Haitian Americans find employment and develop professionally.
Francessa is also skilled in counseling, coaching, and providing life advice, all of which she believes can benefit the Haitian community. By sharing her knowledge and experience, she hopes to empower others to pursue their dreams and achieve financial independence.
