HER FITNESS TIPS:
My habit of eating consists of Haitian cuisines, fruits and water. I eat home cooked Haitian food everyday; Mwen renmen ti diri-m, legume, pwa, yanm, bannan mwen, pwason-m; everything. I consume at least three meals a day. Between the meals, I have snacks. My snacks are fruits, vegetables and/or energy bars.
I do a lot of High intensity interval training, weight lifting and cardio.
I do 3-4 sets, 12-15 reps of each exercise. I love to superset them with core exercises.
