Parents From: Port-au-Prince
Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, on September 30, 1976. At the tender age of six, I immigrated to the United States. It was bad considering my parents were divorced. I had to promptly adjust and learn an entirely unfamiliar culture.
I knew very early I had to get a good education so that I could be successful and take care of myself. My childhood was not good. I started working at 13 years old. I graduated high school. I got married and had three beautiful children. I’m currently a registered nurse with a masters in education and currently in school trying to become a nurse practitioner
