My name is Manie Chery, first generation Haitian-American and owner of Love For Haitian Food LLC. I have been making clear and easy YouTube cooking tutorials for the past 9+ years, I wrote an e-cookbook, I sell spices and aspire to have a larger scale food company. I started this business because I want to help teach people how to easily prepare Haitian cuisine and would like it to become more common across the world. This is also my way of preserving my culture so that I may help pass it on to those who come after me.
