I aspire to grace the cover of the Haitian magazine to represent both Haitian women and men in finance, a group often overlooked. In finance, women are underrepresented, and among Haitian women and men, the numbers are even lower.
I see this as a chance to be a catalyst for change. Our culture tends to steer us towards traditional careers, but there's a lack of financial empowerment. I believe that understanding and applying finance knowledge is crucial for our community's prosperity.
I aim to inspire a shift towards financial literacy and empowerment within the Haitian community, showing that we can thrive in finance.
