As the reigning Mrs. Haiti World 2024, it would be a dream come true to grace the cover of Haiti Open magazine. I ventured into pageantry with the sole aim of representing my cherished homeland and bringing pride to Haiti. My primary mission has been to empower women and young girls, focusing on improving their mental well-being through collaboration with the nonprofit mental health organization, No Limit Counseling & Education. Witnessing the remarkable work accomplished by this outstanding black-owned organization within our community has been incredibly inspiring. Advocating for mental health has become my purpose, especially considering the numerous challenges I've faced, from battling a liver cyst at the age of 2 to enduring a broken leg from a bus accident at 5, and later overcoming a significant weight loss of over 70 pounds as an adult. I feel it's my responsibility to inspire women, showing them that their lives hold immense meaning regardless of the obstacles they may encounter.
