My name is Marhesa Mars and I would like to be on the cover of Haitian Open Magazine because I want to showcase what it is to be a young Haitian American striving everyday to make good of all the sacrifices her Haitian parents did for her to get to where she is today. I am proud to have come from two hard working parents that did everything in their power to give me a better upbringing than they experienced. I am inspired by them to go and get everything that’s meant for me. Everyone has a story and I just want to tell mine.
I’m currently a junior in college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. I aspire to be my own boss again one day and hope to start a business in the future that displays my passions. At heart I have an attachment to business and consider myself an entrepreneur. I also have a love for social media and content creation and I’m aiming to build up my platforms and make a name for myself. I believe with God nothing is out of reach and I will achieve all my dreams and goals in life as long as I continue to work for them.
