I am Lindsay Francois, daughter of Youri and Denise Francois, born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I moved from Haiti after the earthquake in 2010 to continue with my education with my mom and my sisters. I have lived in the U.S. for over a decade, and my experience living in Haiti remains a larger part of my life. Post-graduation, I volunteered my skills as a Publicist to a local non-profit organization, S.O.B.E.H., whose mission was to provide the tools needed for hundreds of kids in Haiti to attend school with the proper materials, uniforms, and other resources. Today, I continue to empower my community as a Publicist by connecting Haitian families with low or no-cost resources available in Miami-Dade County through The Children's Trust. I have been seen in the V.S.S. Hour, Island T.V. and H.A.N.A. radio show. My mission is to continue to utilize my skills and passion to promote the upward mobility of Haitians everywhere.
