Former Mrs. Haiti International 2022, Karolyne, is a beauty queen, the author of 10 books, speaker, wife, and mother of 4 kids who will be competing for the title of Miss Florida USA in Coral Springs Florida, July 5th-7th, 2024. Karolyne is an alumni of the Florida State University and University of Central Florida where she received her BA degree in Creative Writing. She is also the Founder of The Writers Retreat (writersretreat.com) and her platform and mission is to help women and youth use their voice and writing as a tool to positively impact and influence their communities. She has actually hosted The Writers Retreat in Haiti before, where she had the opportunity to give back and volunteer at orphanage there. Karolyne is currently writing a haitian children's book and is always seeking for ways to connect with her fellow haitian and haitian-american community. She is excited for this potential networking opportunity and collaboration with Haiti Open!
