Hi there! My name is Jennifer Meach Joseph, I’m a digital marketing strategist from Toronto, Canada. I’m a proud Haïtian Canadian who is bilingual - I speak both French and English. Growing up Haïtian is sacred and beautiful to me - the tradition, the culture and the food is something unmatched. My story is a bit different though, I don’t speak Kreyol and have never been to Haïti. Yes! I know! Over the pandemic I had the chance to grow, reflect, talk to my elders - listen and plan for my future and one of my major goals is to learn Kreyol which I’m currently doing and visit Haïti with all my cousins in 2024 as a family trip! As I grow mentally and physically I get closer and closer to my culture in which has now redefined my identity! I feel like I started my chapter but there’s so much more to learn about my family which I’ll be documenting from start to finish as a series and love letter to myself and future children.
