My Name is Sebastien Salomon, I was born and raised in Haiti, I’m a chef, Tv personality, and former Resident chef at the embassy of Haiti in DC, and The White House. My goal is to be the first Haitian chef with a Haitian Michelin star restaurant and to tell the beautiful Haitian story through food. I focus on modern Haitian cuisine, this opportunity will help change peoples mind about how our cuisine can evolve.
