I am an accomplished and results-driven professional with extensive experience in driving the adoption of technology through creating innovative training solutions. I'm a graduate of Queens College, where I received the Bertha Friedman Award for my dedication in the field of education.
I previously worked for the New York City Department of Education as a educator, where I analyzed the effectiveness of trainings and curriculum to the employees through surveys and created effective curriculum to teach new skills to employees. I was responsible for developing systems to monitor and ensure employees are implementing the technology from training, providing technical support and mentoring for employees, and scheduling appropriate training sessions for employees, either virtually or in person. Many of my students at the school I worked at was of Haitian descent. I was able to translate/communicate with all the students and parents who just came to America and enrolled in the school.
