I feel I represent what Haiti and its ancestoral fire was all about- determination, diligence, and beauty. No one can deny the history of Haiti and it’s impact on all Latin countries around them. In the same way those around me are inspired by my own actions. And in the same way they can try to pretend Haiti doesn’t exist but it will ALWAYS persevere, I do too. And in the same way the world tried to sleep on Haiti, I’m making sure y’all have the chance to not sleep on me 😉
