Hello I am a Navy Wife and mother of three and have a masters in Organizational Leadership!
I currently work for a non-profit organization as a job developer assisting individuals with mental, physical and social disabilities acclimate back into society and retain jobs. I am also a certified Yoga teacher and health coach servicing black and brown communities begin their holistic health journeys. I am also an advocate for mothers finding their way back to a healthier lifestyle with a busy schedule. I love providing others with the tools to find better outlooks in life, and break the cycle of toxic mindsets and habits. I grew up giving back to my Haitian community with a non-profit providing immigration services, community outreach and more. I was born to be of service to others and I love what I do!
