My name is Arline Elie, I’m 27 years old, and I’m Haitian American. I want to be on the cover of Haiti Open because even though I never been to Haiti I feel like Haiti has a big influence in my existence. I believe being on the cover of this magazine will bring me closer to Haiti and help me become a role model to the Haitian Americans who feel that they’re not as connected to Haiti. I want to show my fellow Haitians and Haitian Americans how to really carry Haiti, represent spread love and it’s culture. Thank you for the opportunity regardless of your decision.
