My name is Monalissa Joseph. I was born on December 7, 2004. I am a young woman passionate about Haitian art and culture. I am a painter and I study diplomacy and international relations. Very early on, I understood that I didn’t want to simply exist, but to make a mark.
It represents an ambitious, conscious youth, rooted in its roots. I believe deeply in the power of the image, of the word, of the presence. Being on the cover of the Haiti Open is not a question of ego, it is a statement.
A declaration of courage, determination and love for my country.
I want to be the reflection of this generation that is not afraid to dream big, to push the codes and to show that Haiti is not only a story of pain, but also a source of power, talent, and light.
