Hi, I’m Ernia Joseph a proud Haitian woman, born in Haiti and raised to lead with purpose, passion, and power. I’m a corporate executive, entrepreneur, author, mental health advocate, and pageant queen committed to breaking barriers and building legacy.
I currently serve as a Senior Vice President Compliance Officer at a global bank. With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, I’ve climbed the corporate ladder and built a career grounded in integrity and excellence. As the first in my family to attend college and navigate the world of corporate leadership, I carry my roots, my faith, and my culture with me every step of the way.
Outside of corporate, I’m the founder and CEO of Prosperity Moves, a financial coaching business where I help individuals and families master budgeting, shift their money mindset, get out of debt, and build wealth in alignment with biblical truth. For me, prosperity is more than just numbers—it’s about peace, freedom, and living fully.
