My name is Mardween Jessykha Kristhelle Altidor. I was born in Haiti and have also lived in Canada. I’m currently studying Psychology at Northampton Community College in the U.S., with the dream of becoming an international psychologist. I’m passionate about mental health, self-expression through art, and inspiring young people—especially young Haitian girls—to believe in themselves.
Being on the cover of *Haiti Open* would be a dream come true. I want to share my story, represent Port au Prince through my mom’s roots, and be a voice of hope and pride for the Haitian community around the world. I believe our stories deserve to shine.
