My name is Noreen Moise Geffrard. I’m a 26-year-old Haitian-born woman, raised in Canada and now living in the United States.
My journey has been shaped by the challenges of being a third-culture kid, struggling with mental health, and wrestling with the tension between my faith and identity. Today, I stand as a social worker, business owner, and advocate for feminine leadership.
I’m reaching out because I would be honored to be featured on the cover of Haiti Open magazine—especially to share the message that has transformed my life: femininity .
In 2022, I discovered the beauty and power of femininity. Since then, it has redefined how I work, connect with others, and see myself. I launched Leadership in the Feminine to help women—especially Haitian and women of African descent—reclaim softness, rest, and identity in a world that taught us to survive by being hard. Too many of us have been raised to be the backbone, the strong one, the one who holds everything together—often at the cost of our health, joy, and connection.
Being on the cover of Haiti Open would allow me to amplify this
