would be truly honored to grace the cover of Haiti Open, as I believe that representation holds immense power; especially when it showcases the strength, resilience, and brilliance of the Haitian people. As a first-generation Haitian-American, I embody my heritage not just in name, but through my actions. Through my efforts in advocacy, healthcare, and youth empowerment, I strive to reveal the beauty, depth, and potential of Haiti’s next generation. Being featured on the cover goes beyond mere visibility but it’s about reshaping the narrative. Too frequently, Haiti is depicted solely through its struggles. I wish to serve as a reminder that our identity also encompasses leadership, creativity, and a global influence. I want young Haitians, both in the diaspora and those back home, to see someone who resembles them using their voice and platform for change and to inspire them to believe they can achieve the same.
