As a proud Haitian woman, I want to win not just for myself, but to expand the narrative of what it means to lead from a place of feminine power, grace, and strategy in traditionally male-dominated industries. I’ve built my career in commercial real estate, one of the toughest sectors, while remaining rooted in my identity, my softness, and my commitment to showing up fully as a mother, a leader, and a builder of legacy.
Through my platform PrettyGirlsWork, I’ve created space for women to embrace both high-performance ambition and the freedom of a soft life, especially for Black and Caribbean women who often feel they must choose one or the other. I also recently authored The Feminine Advantage, a book on feminine leadership, and launched a podcast network to spotlight stories of women creating success on their own terms.
