I’m Guerby Joseph a proud Haitian-born entrepreneur, creative visionary, and purpose-driven leader passionate about wellness, sustainability, and style. From my early years in Haiti to launching three impactful businesses in the United States, my story is one of resilience, vision, and using entrepreneurship to empower others.
I moved to the U.S. as a teenager, carrying with me the lessons, pride, and strength of my Haitian roots. That foundation shaped everything I do. My first company, Tet Fret, was born out of a desire to give back to Haiti through fashion. I followed that with Empire Street Style, an eco-friendly clothing brand and wellness platform promoting healthier lifestyles and conscious living. Today, I’m the President and co-founder of Joseph’s Tea, a fast-growing tea brand I launched with my wife Shannon in 2020. In just four years, we’ve expanded from a home-based startup to two flourishing retail locations with a loyal following and national recognition.
