My name is Melissa, and I am the founder of Blissful Connections LLC and Blissful Births. As an Afro-Indigenous midwife and wellness practitioner, I am passionate about providing holistic, culturally competent care to families, especially those in underserved communities. My work spans midwifery services, fertility support, breastfeeding consulting, and wellness education. Through Blissful Births, I guide families through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum with a focus on emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, incorporating ancestral practices alongside modern healthcare approaches.

I believe in the power of holistic wellness and the importance of integrating natural, nurturing practices into everyday life. Through Blissful Connections, I offer mentorship and training programs to aspiring birth workers, teaching the next generation of caregivers to provide culturally aware and accessible services.
