My name is Sabine Bellevue and I’m a first-generation American born of immigrant parents. Born in Brooklyn, NY and developed my talent as a hairstylist. I started doing hair for money at the age of 13 years old. I would do my classmates and the neighborhood friends. I started my official salon business in the hallway of my Brooklyn apartment in 1999. I then opened my first commercial space in 2006 in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, Through it all I’ve done celebrity such as Beanie Segal to Isa Rae’s hair. Being a hairstylist has made a major impact on my life. I’ve also taught workshops, traveling the world and hosting events. I truly love what I do. I’m currently working on working with children in teaching them about haircare and self-love through workshops and books. My first book will be published in early 2025. I’m a proud Haitian American Female who enjoys giving back to her community and roots in Haiti. Being a part of this magazine would be a wonderful addition to my life goals.
