Our names are Guerds and Indjina. We are identical twin sisters better known as The Jean Twins. Indjina is a travel nurse and I, Guerds, am a paralegal. We were born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and raised in Naples, Florida. Indjina came to the US when she was three years old and I, Guerds, came to the US when I was four years old. We should be on the cover of Haiti Open because we are the story of resilience. Indjina is a coma, stroke, and two time open heart surgery survivor. I am a DACA recipient. We have survived so much and want to encourage other people to overcome their obstacles as well .
