I am first generation, Haitian American, and a mental health therapist. As someone who understands Mental health and the stigma it is to experience mental health challenges. Having a practitioner who can describe the cultural, spiritual, and familial nuances is important.
My mission is to empower 1st generation to break general curses and eventually bring my work back to the mainland -Haiti and to empower and educate to assist our people undo mindset and change the future.
