I would love to be on the cover of Haiti Open because, as a product of Haitian immigrants, I continue to be a beacon of hope to our Haitian people and beyond. I am truly a seed of my parents and grandparents sacrifices. They risked their lives to migrate here so that I can fully pursue my dreams. As such, I never took that for granted and ensured I’ll be able to make them proud, my community proud, and my patients proud.
I created an organization, MentorMe Galore to act as a bridge to the next generation of diverse physicians and I currently give away $3000 in scholarships. Because of my many outreach efforts and social media presence, I was recruited to be Miss Haiti International and by the grace of God, I won the pageant!
I would love to continue representing my community by being featured on the prestigious cover of Haiti Open because it will allow me to further grow my organization, my humanitarian efforts and shed positivity on Haitian people, despite all of the challenges we’re facing as a nation.
