I am Castelline Tilus, an entrepreneur, educator, and advocate for innovation in Haiti. As co-founder of Ayiti Analytics, a data lab headquartered in Port-au-Prince, I’ve empowered hundreds through education and workforce development in Haiti.

Raised in South Florida after leaving Haiti at age six, I was influenced by an unyielding pull towards the country for most of my career. This connection guided my academic and professional path, from Stanford to a master’s in international policy and development. I returned to Haiti to give back, founding Ayiti Analytics, whose Data Science Bootcamp achieved a 92% job placement rate from 2020–2022 by partnering with 30+ industry leaders and securing critical funding.

In 2023, I launched Akademi to expand our mission across the Caribbean, aiming to train 1 million people in technology.

I want to be on the cover of Haiti Open Magazine to inspire Haitian diaspora to invest in Haiti’s potential. Together, we can shape a brighter future for our country.
