Born to two resilient immigrants from Gonaïves and Port-au-Prince, Haiti, I represent the fruits of their sacrifice and determination. My parents migrated to the United States in search of opportunity, and through their unyielding dedication, I was able to attend and graduate from college. Today, I stand as a living testament to their dream: a professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in the human resources field.

As a bilingual speaker of Haitian Creole and English, I use my platform and voice to empower individuals in our community. I am the proud author of 'Taking Your Dreams Off Life Support,' a book that inspires readers to pursue their aspirations with intentionality and courage. In addition, I own a consulting practice-Elevate Consultings LLC, dedicated to helping our community thrive by guiding individuals through employment opportunities and life planning.
