I am a Health and Lifestyle coach, Community organizer, youth developer, model and entrepreneur!
My people left Haiti in the 60’s and I’ve been doing a lot of work to reconnect to my roots, our culture and our people!
I host a lot of community events and recently had the chance to collaborate with the “Haitian American Museum” (HAMOC) in chicago for my yogaletics event and am praying on the time god gives me the chance to come back to Haiti and reconnect with the land our people!!
Another one of my goals is to host yogaletics events with the youth in Haiti to help increase knowledge and awareness toward the importance of a healthy Mind Body & Soul and teach new ways to practice mindfulness. I believe this will be a great tool to keep our kids away from violence and crime and learn new ways to love ourselves and our community!
